WOW i havent updated this in awhile..its obvious lol
Well judging from the topics of my old posts and crap yeah this is definitely a old blog.
alot of time has passed since, ive aged to 21, become single, in a steady band now, and have gotten sick as fuck at my trade. Im seasoned in my drumming capability and slowly rising up. since the beginning of this year life has taken drastic turns and loops. I got out of my routine of going to the gf's house everyday and makin life about her and transitioned to me me me. Its great, it was a necessary change and i love it because ive gained so much from it. New friends, new talents, new hobbies.....shit even my fashion sense is better lol. It was a shocking thing but you learn to get over humps, and well in growing up you relize that in our world today, theres alot left to go through. Alot of people get comfortable and dont ever let eachother get to see the real world...i kinda thank her for letting me know that :), Plus young love drama is dumb, that was definitely involved in that chapter of "the lord of babylon (my future biography lol)". theres no hard feelings though which i like, but i cant say were friends... just neutral aquaintences, we fought battles together, had some adventures but hey sometimes good movies dont get sequals, our young love wasent a good movie...it was more like a cult classic id say...those arnt too bad heh.
I no longer work in that morbidly-themed webdesign office, the firm was a joke, and my boss was a prick. Yeah i may be a little picky, and too in touch with my atmosphere but you try sitting for 8 hours a day in a cold quiet office, absent of any life at all cause your boss is a anti-social money hungry ass who sits in his quiet office and only speaks to you to complain. yeah it sucked.
Now i work across the street from my house (literally 1 minute away) theres hustle, theres bustle. People talking to eachother, co-workers playing jokes on eachother as if they were in a highschool classroom, for the sole purpose of making the day just a bit funner, im respected and thanked everytime i fix the caps lock on thier computers lol, its rewarding and pays the bills :) i have no complaints.
My band life is great too i play with a quartet of humorous and adorable girls. Add me to the picture and were "The Czechs" (www.myspace.com/theczechsareoutofthisworld). Their talented and play better then most "dude" bands that i have jammed with, they have structure that i need (cause god knows i need direction lol), and their "for real"....like were gonna play shows and make songs and do the damn thing real! Im the 2nd oldest of the bunch, oldest being Crystal- from what i can read, shes the chill one lol, good natured and responsible, friendly too. In the middle is cindy and lory, these two are kind of a female version of me and jake lol. There hilarious and have a crazy sense of humor which i like (im a lil crazy myself), not to mention they can sing, dance, and play their music makers like pros! then lastly theres our keyboard jammer, sammie, havent really gotten to know her too well yet, shes quiet, seems innocent, but all in all nice girl :) weve been playing so far together for 3 weeks, ive learned a good handful of songs from them and well have taken alot of critic into consideration lol. I have a tendency to throw in alot of rolls in my drumming, thats cause i jam in my garage alone most of the time i practice, but they tell me what to do, i try and do it and it works ^_^. We start playing shows in a bit, about a month id say, i feel that more practice is nesscessary just to get everything solid, but its getting there.
Besides all mentioned above, theres a few changes... im growing my hair long, changed to a art major, im gonna be a uncle soon. That kinda stuff its alot to get into detail, especially when your typing this as multitasking between image touch ups on photoshop (im at work lol) ill get to it all eventually, thats if i keep with this blog lol.

freeday WOOT WOOT
so today i got lucky, my boss decided he wants to paint the office today and because of that i got no work today which is a day off i really do need! lol i got my comcast hooked up yesterday i can honestly say its not exactly what its all hyped up to be, i mean dish network gets all these cool channels nobody knows about but w/e, as long as the dsl is gone im fine, speeds faster, i got faster d/l, no lag on xbox live and d/ling torrents has never been easier. I also picked up Lost planet yesterday, its definitely a badass game, one thing though, it is a bitch of a challenge(1 hour retrying 1 boss fight is an example lol) but hey that makes it all the better ^_^.

this weekend had to be the biggest drag, i dont go to work on friday so i think its gonna start off str8, i get home, call up the guys, we chill and all the sudden i get fuckin sick, after that, they leave and im fuckin sick as fuck.... i had alot planned this weekend too, but it all got run over by fuckin bronchitis, but lucky my buddy pena had some antibiotics lying around and im all good now! I think i also found a potential bass player so thats good i just wish everytime i jammed pena wasent fucked up, the guitar sound like shyt when he is lol. any way thats all.

1st times a charm
Well, this is..well different, a step off from live journals obnoxious GUI, which should be changed, anyway i like how this site is layed out, they actually make blogging look more appealing which is the reason why i made one, lol.
In line of the thundercats i cant help but notice the wave of retro cartoons being made into movies this year... Ninja Turtles, Transformers, and maybe even spiderman 3 if you consider it retro.
Im kinda waiting for transformers though, steven spielberg is manning the ship on production so its gotta be good, i just hope they revise Megatrons design cause so far he looks fucking retarded. (crazy guy to the left) ! Look at those weird hands WTF
He should just look like old school style (below)
Im currently at work thinking about a couple of things... 1. going home a finishing legend of zelda :twilight princess 2. finishing some graphic layout for a buddys myspace 3. and getting my WoW expansion today, which is going to be freakin awesome, me and alexa (my gf) are planning to make a pair of characters named Liono and Cheetara, in spirit of the freakin late great Thundercats! ....hell yes... the thundercats lol.
